Visiting the NoHo Spa Made Me Realize Why I Prefer to Hire

I live in L.A., but I haven't visited the North Hollywood Spa for years. Today I happened to be out and about nearby and have time, so I decided to try my luck.

For casual hookups, I generally only prefer mutual oral, but I know I may not get that from one person, so my agenda was simple, get a BJ and give a BJ. After stalking the halls, video rooms, and the steam room for about 1.5 hours looking for either, I got the BJ. I was surprised to find out trying to give one wasn't that easy as another guy there was literally sucking all the dicks before I can even get close to any of the guys I liked. For example, If I saw someone I liked arriving, I'd wait a little bit for them to get settled, but when I saw the person I liked again in the video room, that one guy would be already doing it. While I like to give people space and try to exchange looks first, he would just get down and do it. I guess as a strategy, that makes sense, as few men would actually stop someone from giving them a BJ--only one guy turned him away.

I couldn't bring myself to just go for it, I'm too shy, and even if it's just a hookup, I still need to confirm some degree of affection before giving a BJ. I gave myself a time limit there, so right before I reached the time limit, I just jerked off and leave, and of course another decent looking guy asked if he could come to my room right when I had to leave, so I turned him away.

Hiring someone may cost more money, but in hindsight, I realized I'd rather spend those few hours doing something more productive than walking around at a gay spa to maybe hookup with a person I like.🤷‍♂️ Well, at least I got my steps in for the day.

I've always wondered what that place is like. I see it on Sniffies all the time but i similarly think I'd be a bit too timid to make good use of that kind of scenario.

My first visit there was my first at any bathhouse/spa. Didn't hate it. I was much younger then and never a porn-level specimen in any regard, but in spite of my hesitancy, I mustered more confidence in a couple of visits than I ever could again.

Paying a professional to react as though I'm confident is more efficient.
