While entrapment is wrong. Guys really need to stop fucking in public.

I don’t see any indication in the article that entrapment occurred.   Absent that, characterizing this as a gestapo tactic seems harsh.  For me, I go to a public rest room for one thing - and it doesn’t involve another man and I’d prefer to know that I will be left alone while in there

Seems to me the only thing allowing these tactics to proceed is that the 2022 court case was against state actors.
