The $250 rate is in US dollars.

Bozo asked if he had updated photos. The current pics on his website are old. Some go as far back as 2019.
Bozo's backup plan was to hire GeorgeFlamel, who comes highly recommended by @TorontoDrew. But his RM account indicates that he's now located in Montreal.
