Seinfeld - I never thought he was funny.

Whiny and Annoying? Yes. Funny? No. 

21st century? So far I’ve been too busy in the 21st Century to watch any TV.

Oops, I totally missed the 21st century part with my answer as well. So for a proper 21st century answer I'd say maybe Modern Family.

I might have watched an episode or two of The Big Bang Theory because I liked every other Chuck Lorre sitcom before it, but if I did, I must have disliked them a lot because I was never tempted to try it again even though my brother-in-law and nephew loved it and I haven't even watched a minute of either of the spinoffs.

Friends won the Emmy in 2002, so you are in the correct century!

For me, the list is endless. I haven't found a network sitcom funny in ages.  I do enjoy 'Hacks' but that's not on network TV.

I quit network tv years ago; I don’t even know what I’ve missed. But sounds like not much.
