Anyone who wants this result and wants it fast doesn't understand the way steroids or SARMS/SERMS work.

This is not really the forum for these kinds of discussions.

I'd recommend first understanding your baseline:  Get bloodwork done.  See where your endocrine levels are and then talk to guys who have used gear about the next step.

The side-effects from doing this are real and you need to be ready to balance them out.  High blood pressure, sleep issues, sore joints, dehydration, possible gynecomastia, etc.

There is no magic pill.  Even on gear, you will not look like the guys in the pictures above.  Not for a long while.

Plus, some of these guys pictured are quite short.  When you're 5'6-5'8, it's not difficult to look gigantic, especially when you're always shooting from the ground up.

Do your research.  There are many reddit threads about SARMS and steroids.

Why even take them?

If you've hit your muscle gains plateau, I fully understand why guys turn to TRT/SARMS/SERMS/gear.

If you are a smart cookie, you figure out your blood baseline and then where you want to be.  You also have on hand a good supply of PCT like clomid or enclo and know when to start it and how long to dose for.

You can do one or two cycles, get the gain you're looking for and keep it with a clean diet and proper gym.

That said, it's not magic.  You must bust your ass in the gym and kitchen.  This isn't an Ozempic fix.

Because there’s a ton of pressure to look a certain way in our culture—especially in gay culture. And when you can’t change the size of your dick, you change the size of your muscles.

And testicle and penis shrinkage, reduced sperm count, ED.

That's with traditional gear.  Lots of side-effects.

With TRT, bloodwork and a doc's supervision, all of that goes away.

I'm not trying to sell it either way here, but simply giving facts.

You can safely boost your T levels without ruining yourself.
