i fly too many guys in to not do travel deposits…sorry, David, but I don’t think the give me your legal name, dob, etc and I’ll buy your ticket is gonna have enough takers.  I’d be curious if anyone else has tried this though.  I do have a couple regulars that I actually know their legal info, but I like variety.  I just thought Justin was already coming so when prices or terms start changing, I see red.

Provider doesn’t want to share info… I find someone else. Plenty of d in the website.

Even more so, when I bump up a solid escort who takes their job seriously and treats clients respectfully, which I do gladly, you guys will be able to trust my review.  I know the guys on this board I usually trust and have similar taste would never trust a reviewer who wants to get scammed and go cry in the corner.

Not to rise to the defense of Justin/Turbook, but I've had disputes through Venmo and they have always taken a month to resolve EVEN THOUGH BOTH PARTIES AGREED to the resolution, so I think Venmo gets a share of the blame on this.  I don't use Venmo for escorts, but in other contexts if there's a dispute, I always ask for or offer a new transfer instead of reversing an old one to avoid getting involved in all that Venmo mishegas, to use the Latin legal term.

I don't have any interest in the escort (not my type), but I followed this post every day with my morning coffee. It was very entertaining, as well as informative in many ways. I'm glad everything has been resolved.  Now on to another thread to read daily with my morning coffee and bagel...much more to my liking than watching the morning news to start my day.

 

EDIT:  Here's a thought / suggestion : maybe we could have a page just for encounters such as these, where the provider has proven himself to be a 'know scammer' in some way ? Have it separate from the Deli / Spa pages buried in different threads.  That way if you search a name, and the guy comes up on this particular page ('scammers') you know right away you need to choose someone else (whether you wish to read the whole discussion or not). Just a thought...

To me the "he" should be @DC Guy 92.  The escort agreed to the refund and did not contest it. It then was in Venmo's hands. You guys are being too harsh here on the escort.

In a relationship that requires, actually demands trust, there is no room for one indiscretion. When it comes to money-for-service transactions, don't ever think it's OK to fuck a customer. If you fuck one customer, the stink of that will last and follow you forever, no matter how many times a name changes.

It is great that you received your refund and I'm happy for you. What I am failing to understand is that you were eventually going to get your refund after a month when you had disputed it so why all this drama and dragging someone. I do not mind you sharing your personal experience but calling someone scammer was a bit below the belt when you knew that it was all a big Venmo misunderstanding in first place. I do not think this whole thread has made either of you look holier than thou.

Now that you have got your refund and all the drama is done with, would you be willing to talk to the moderator and getting this thread closed?

If I thought it was just a Venmo mixup, I wouldn’t have dragged him. That’s why I called Venmo to confirm.  If you guys were paying attention, he had sent me a refund, then asked for it back from Venmo which is why I had to go through all this crap. But, I don’t need to rehash, and if the moderator wants to close the thread, fine with me.

If you had looked into the screenshot from him, he never got your 200 in first place as on his Venmo, it was disputed. The 194 you see refunded on your end, he did not got that back as well and was disputed. I hope he receives it otherwise, you never know, he may start a thread asking all providers to stay away from you for being a scammer. My friend, your side of the picture is not the complete picture and so my comment for why only Venmo is to blame. Like I said earlier, this conversation has assumed unnecessary proportions and all I wish for is @lionbrown to shut this down so no further harm is done.

Wrong sir, if you look at the screenshots I posted you will see you are not correct. The 194 labeled “refund” was the money he sent me, which he immediately disputed and got back on the 3rd.  Look at the dates of the disputes!
