Probably a parent in their 30s who was more excited than their daughter was when the daughter was invited to an after-party. Lots of irresponsible parents out there who are willing to take ridiculous risks in order to gain some connection with a 'star' - even if it's through their offspring. Yep, the same people who would let their 13 year old son "sleep over" at Michael Jackson’s house. In both cases, I think the parents should be charged with "Accessory to Child Molestation”. Ali Gator Posted December 14, 2024 Author Posted December 14, 2024 I'm curious if the parent(s) were at the After-Party and brought the 13 year old along too (couldn't find a babysitter ?). So once the 13 year old entered the doors, she was on her own. These are the same parents who drop their kids off at a mall on Saturday as soon as it opens, and let them run wild for 12 hours, until the mall closes. Then they pick them up.
Ali Gator Posted December 14, 2024 Author Posted December 14, 2024 It's rather notable that the hosts on 'The View' have not touched this 'Hot Topic' since it broke last Sunday. They've been quiet the whole week, including legal expert Sunny Hostin. (They didn't even mention his 'surprise' red carpet appearance at a gala last weekend). Can it be because for years co-hosts Ana Navarro and Sunny Hostin have presented themselves as 'friends' of Beyonce and have kissed her and Jay-Z's ass every chance they've gotten ? Hostin has described herself as 'profoundly disturbed' with similar stories (such as when they talked about Polanski and Woody Allen). She's not profoundly disturbed her friend JayZ is accused of sexually molesting a 13 year old ? + augustus 1
Cretus Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 (edited) It is certainly the viewer’s prerogative in terms of believing the elements of an accusation, and I chose to not automatically assume Jay-Z’s guilt in this story, nor to automatically assume that he is innocent. I always say that sometimes, uncertainty/no judgement is better than a judgement based on little information…… I’m not believing he is innocent, but I’m not believing he is guilty either, and that’s ok with me. Last night, NBC revealed that the accuser had inconsistencies in her story. Her own father noted this. Also, according to NBC, images show that Jay Z was in a different location that night (though his whereabouts for the entire night aren’t certain). Jay-Z rape accuser comes forward to NBC News, acknowledges inconsistencies in her allegations WWW.NBCNEWS.COM The woman told NBC News she came forward because “you should always advocate for yourself.” When asked about... I would just caution against automatically assuming guilt in this case. Edited December 14, 2024 by Lolito + sync 1
Ali Gator Posted December 27, 2024 Author Posted December 27, 2024 Judge Torres has ruled that she will not be 'fast tracking' or dismissing the lawsuit against JayZ by 'Jane Doe', that 'Jane Doe' (who claims she was raped by JayZ and Diddy when she was 13 at an after-Grammy party) can continue with the case anonymously, and most importantly - she is not happy with the 'combative tactics' JayZ's lawyers have engaged in thus far. She warned his lawyer's approach will not benefit JayZ at all. Judge Rules Jay-Z’s Accuser Can Remain Anonymous, Criticizes Rapper’s Attorney for Aggressive Tactics BALLERALERT.COM A New York judge has ruled that the identity of the woman accusing Jay-Z of raping her when she was 13 years old will remain anonymous
Ali Gator Posted December 29, 2024 Author Posted December 29, 2024 Looks as though Judge Torres has found enough credible evidence from Jane Doe to allow the suit to move forward and to keep her anonymous. She may have been inconsistent in her testimony, but the Judge has found something of validity there to move this along, much to Jay-Z's dismay. I'd like to know if Sunny Hostin will comment on this once the show returns on January 6.
