I don't think better but many young folks never look as good as he does know at 68

That's inherently untrue due to the nature of body fat and how it is a huge consideration in how someone ages (facially, that is).

It's why filler exists.  You keep a low body fat, but it makes most people eventually look skeletal.  You've got to fill in the gaps somehow.

What you're really saying is that people with a good facial structure age well:  Strong jaw, sharp nose, longer face, etc.

I'm 51 and I've been using fillers for years now.  Pizza, cheeseburgers, pasta... but unfortunately they've been filling the wrong areas.
