I was wondering if it was maybe because he has so little info on what he will do that he hasn't had a lot of clients. Less clients less opportunities for reviews.

I think it's just because most clients aren't paying users of RentMen to be able to leave reviews. I've known providers seeing multiple clients a week who have been on RM for a year+ with no reviews. Amount of reviews has no correlation to how many people they're seeing.
