On RM, he has Erotic grayed out. He's also got Equinox on his resume. Very demanding customers at Equinox, and definitely no monkey business there. I'm guessing HE is not his style, and doesn't want to invite it. He's a very tall guy, so I hope he has an elevated table. His price is great, may be an incentive to get guys to travel to Washington Heights. It's quite a trek from lower parts of Manhattan.

Note that it's Massagefinder, which is more geared towards the general massage market

But no one can say that about RentMasseur, so his decision to list there is interesting.

I got an unsolicited message from this guy with his availability and rates.  (I guess he saw that I'd checked out his profile). I responded by asking if he does erotic sessions and got this response:

Massage for relaxation can be more sensual with a focus on connection, tone of intimacy, and the rhythm and intensity of the strokes. It`s an excellent massage, clean, relaxing ambiance, and memorable time

Do with that what you will.

I guess that means "NO", haha

He’s poetic.

I had reached out to him in September, he replied very politely but making clear that he is not nude, not touching "in private parts" and no erotic massage. 🤷‍♂️

But he teases with “or an intimate and sensual vibe.” 🧐

I paid for the massage, he locked the door, and I left happy.

You also left lucky. A guest pass won't get your membership cancelled because you don't have one, but your name would go on a no-fly list had you gotten caught. The massage therapist may be the risky type, and may not be wedded to the corporate culture that Equinox is, so he may not care about losing his job and being blacklisted from corporate gyms. (The gym culture in NYC is a very small world.) I only know about Equinox sex from a gay trainer friend who works for them, but there are a number of posts on the internet about how Equinox deals with sex on the premises. I'm sure shit goes on, as it does everywhere, but I sure as hell would not want to get caught or reported on in such a strict business-only environment. There are much safer gyms for gay men looking to play.

It happened once, about five years ago.  The Equinox masseur seemed quite calm and confident about it, but it may have been a facade.  I've been a member at NYSC for about twenty years, played at several different locations, and never had an issue, but I always made sure to know the landscape at that location before venturing into fun activities.

Landscapes can and do change. I'm hearing that not-so-happy members are being more aggressive about reporting sexual activity in saunas and steam rooms, and management is swift to act on it. Not all horny gay men know how to survey the landscape.
