If you're an exhibitionist and want to be seen having sex, go to a sex party, sex club, or bathhouse where the other consenting adults there want to see you having sex and want to be seen having sex.  

Public sex can cross a line of consent.  Further, public sex can cross a big-deal line of lewd conduct involving a minor.
