Favorite NYC Hotels for Hiring

I want to love this place, and have stayed many times: amazing views, perfect service inside the property, great for running/walking the park, entrance through the mall is nice (you can meet guests in the mall), and it's super convenient to get to from on Metro from Penn Station. But, I've recently sworn it off as the rooms are starting to show too much wear and tear for the price point, the doormen are hit and miss, it hosts large meetings (bordering on convention-size) which overwhelm the elevators and other services, and for some reason it attracts a more annoying clientele than other luxury hotels.

I think this is every hotel in NYC? I don't feel uncomfortable meeting guests in the area by the elevators here.

I agree 100%! I have stayed several times but now find it getting too crowded and a little worn.

The Pierre in NYC? Past its prime? Large suites for quite a bit below the rate of Ritz Carlton has me a little cautious. Thanks!

I live in Manhattan and don't have a need to stay at the luxury hotels described in this thread.  But I do occasionally book a room at the Park Lane on Central Park South through the dayuse app, which offers great value when a few hours is all you need.

The Park Lane rooms include big windows with views on Central Park or the NYC skyline.

One of my favorite moments was spending time with a naked GingerMuscleBoy, standing up. legs spread apart, leaning against the window begging me to fuck him.  Doggie style.  A real power trip, enjoying his quivering hole and taking in the sights of Manhattan.

There are bunch of topics on Dayuse that are more practical for frequent use. If you’re looking to hire for the day, overnight or the entire weekend (basically longer term) I prefer the Brooklyn hotels.
