I started taking zinc supplements a few years ago for immune system health. A welcome side effect has been a big load. One thing to note is you want to take copper and zinc together. Zinc supplements can cause a copper deficiency, hence the copper supplement. I take a supplement that combines the two in one dose.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the zinc supplements to start having an effect on your load sizes? I started taking them a few days ago and am wondering when it will kick in..

It takes at least several weeks consistently taking zinc, usually longer. It’s best with a few of the other men’s health supplements like ashwaganda root, maca, and several others. The other health and lifestyle factors make a huge difference. Supplements alone can only take you so far. Regular periods of semen retention make a big difference. A healthy diet makes your loads taste more appealing, as does limiting alcohol, caffeine, and quitting smoking, vaping, and other tobacco products. Good hydration helps with volume too.

Caught my eye. How long a retention period? Do your clients know you are practicing this when you see them? Would the client that hires you just after you coming off a retention period get a pleasant surprise? Like a dam bursting? Should they pay a premium? Lol
