n2guysnatl
Does anyone take fiber supplements from Pure For Men? Are they really better than other fiber supplements on the market or just a gimmick targeted toward gay bottoms?

rvwnsd
I use Pure for Men and the convenience of taking a few capsules twice a day is worth the additional cost. Metamucil didn't work well for me, but Pure for Men has been great. Some CVS stores sell it as does Amazon. You can save $$s by using Subscribe and Save on the 120-count size. Guest
I also use Pure; don’t need the full recommended dose, half works fine for me. Can’t compare with other fiber supplements; haven’t used any.
+ Pensant
Psyllium works just fine. I add a teaspoon to my Vitamin C mix every morning before my coffee, and soon after “Voilá”! + Tygerscent and + robear
+ BenjaminNicholas
Pure is overpriced for what they're selling. Active ingredient: Psyllium husk. For an occasional lower colon cleanse and to fight bloat, you can pair it with an O2 supplement, which is just a combo of magnesium and potassium. It works VERY well. I recently bought a half-kilo bag of psyllium husk for about $14, at the supermarket. That's about $US9.50. + Pensant, + robear and + BenjaminNicholas 1
