It is a bit strange that someone as attractive as he is has no RM reviews or any on here. He's been advertising since Sept. 23. Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated.

Rentmen declines reviews unless there is confirmation that you have communicated with the provider.  Rentmen's way to prove communication is through rentmen chat.  

Many providers avoid chat because they plan to give lousy service and they know that a review will be declined if the chat function was not used.  

Therefore, initially, on first contact, use rentmen chat to and from the provider if you plan to write a review of your experience.  Some providers (only a few, fortuneately) plan to give bad service or get your money without performing agreed services.  In short, try to use the rentmen chat function. 

If the provider refuses to use rentmen chat, that should be a possible red flag if the provider specifically tells you not to use chat in any form.  Texting is fine AFTER you first use the chat function to establish to rentmen that you communicated with the provider.  

Otherwise, the provider could get your money and not perform or worse.  

And, the provider would not have the deserved bad reviews show on his ad.
