He advertises as an eager sub and probably means that he is open to anything the client wants to do to him, though of course one has to take any statement like that with a grain of salt. (If he will let the client do something that would kill him, what's the point of getting paid?)

Sorry, I'm confused about the 'dream come true' part of him being positive.  Maybe I'm missing something?

I don't see this as a sign of catfishing. To me, it is a guy who didn't think through a hashtag.

FWIW, his ad now has the line "...looking to please other men’s desires as my master wishes..." He mentions being an owned slave. Master/slave relationships where the "slave" is "owned" by the "master" are not all that uncommon.
