Hey that's my old thread. I'll answer as much as I can here.

Berlins has no gay strip clubs. There is a MAJOR gay club scene with literally every type of fetish available, I think it makes strip clubs a little unnecessary. LAB.Oratory nightclub is infamous. Expect to have sex and definitely witness all kinds of sex, depending on the theme that night, including fisting, pissing and scat. I went on "jock" night, where the dress code was jockstraps or athletic gear. That's probably the tamest theme. I think a couple of clubs have live sex shows, and there are frequently annual events that have them. I believe one of the gay saunas might.

Escort scene is also surprisingly thin, though I did meet a fantastic Belami actor. As far hustler bars go: DO NOT GO. It's not safe. There used to be three. One of them was relatively on the safer side. It closed down along with another. I think Tobasco is still standing. You will likely get robbed, or worse. The hustlers are all Turkish migrants, and they are straight (not gay for pay). I went, inadvertently thinking it was the safer club that remained open. I was lucky enough to hold my own, only because I pass for Turkish. I drink my beer and bolted.

Saunas are co-ed and naked. Vabali sauna is amazing. Worth it, especially if the weather is good. Never seen so many dicks in one place. I personally absorbed as much of the city as I could on an e-bike. Very bike friendly. The zoo was nice, the museum island was amazing, and Elefant was a nice place to get schnitzel

 A long night at lab.oratory, Berghain, or any of the nude bars or even Axel Hotel will make you feel like Dorothy realizing she's "not in Kansas anymore" . Berliners take pride in extreme sexual weirdness as a fashion. 

My understanding is Axel hotel has evolved into an escort and fetish cruise area something like the old beloved Embarcadero YMCA (I left enough sperm there in my youth to populate a medium size city). 

Sadly Tabasco/Pinocchio which has had escorts there for 100 years has been less than safe for years. BoyToy bar across the street is fine for escorts I assume. Blueboy up the street closed. Why Not behind Tabasco has always been low key and pleasant, if not very active. I need to get up from my Vienna and Prague trips soon.

I agree, Prague is just a short trip from Berlin, but I’ll play devil’s advocate.

The Prague boys do nothing for me. Admittedly I don’t like twinks or blondes.
Nonetheless, the Prague boys always seem to over promise and under delivery.
It’s like going out on a hundred prom dates with girls who think they’re sexy/sluty but in reality they’re just boring. 

Whereas Berlin is like being a freshman in college and dating a college senior who confidently blows your mind.
It’s the most sex positive environment I’ve ever experienced. Very little judgements and lots of fun.
Confident. Sexy. Men. 

Obviously, it all depends on your tastes and who you meet.
I alway say "it only takes one man to change your whole attitude about a place".
Maybe I just haven’t met "the one" in Prague.

I've never seen more than two customers in that awful X bar at a time even on Friday or Saturday. Ugliest femme dancers imageable. Amazing it's still in business. I check in every visit but always as bad. Up is much nicer looking guys and I've posted many pictures from there but we're talking 2 or 3 guys at a time maybe. 

Berlin is 24/7 a sex city though, with Hamburg and Cologne close behind. Prague is not in the same league except for ex-porn stars advertising online.
