I wouldn't fret over just one bad review out of that many. I recently was with a provider who had all 5 star reviews and one 1 star. I brought it up actually and he said the client wasn't showered and very gross so he couldn't provide any service to him and had to axe the session immediately. I could see that being a reason behind a good amount of one star reviews because I certainly had a 5 star experience with this guy.

I do that as well. I contact either the most recent reviewer of if there are multiple recent ones I'll contact the reviewer who has had a profile the longest as I feel they are very unlikely then to be a fake review.
