I went myself to get tested for STD just for my peace of mind.

in case the test comes back as positive, since STD are reportable diseases, what happens when I get contacted by the State Agency and they want to trace my contacts and sexual partners?…..should I tell them about the escorts that I have hired?

I am really hoping that the bloodwork result will be negative.

The reporting is mostly to help public health officials understand the prevalence of the disease, etc. It's unlikely you'll be contacted, and you're not required to divulge anything. Trace contacting would be likely only for serious,  highly concerning illnesses such as anthrax. That being said, one would have to be a dick not to let your sexual partners know.

Reporting and confidentiality requirements vary by jurisdiction. A couple of suggestions:

  1. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has some information about testing and confidentiality.
  2. Discuss the issue of testing and confidentiality with your medical provider and/or the provider who will administer the test
  3. Check your local public health agency's website for information about STI reporting and confidentiality.

If you have concerns about reporting people, just say they were anonymous hookups and you don't have their name or information..... but definitely tell the people you were with so they can get tested.  I used to work at a STD clinic and there were definitely some people who didn't want to divulge their partners to the state.

well thanks for getting back. !!!

I got the results, no noting....no HIV, no syphilis, no gonorreah, no Chlamidia no HPV 2 but positive to the other one HPV 1, reading about it it seems the majority of the population is positive to that, but I think they do not report that one. So waiting to see the Dr tomorrow to see what he says then.

clinics don't ask patients to name names but they will suggest you contact your previous partner or partners.

It's very common. Many young guys nowadays are vaccinated. As long as you don't have any symptoms in your butt or penis you'll be ok.
