Rentmen Reviews Now

Since you have to be a premium client now on Rentmen to leave a review as a provider, is it still easy for the provider to refute and delete a bad review? I'm tempted to upgrade since I've had a lot of lackluster experiences lately, but not if the reviews are going to be taken down as fast as they went up.

1) Why bother?

2) If you live where legality is questionable, you are essentially creating a log of your activity.

3) Many escorts bombard you with threats after a bad review, which is just annoying.

4) I've found the reviews on RM to be less than reliable; however, measuring positive reviews over time seems like a better indicator.  For example, a provider for 5 years with 3 reviews is automatically a red flag whereas a provider with 6 months and already 25 reviews is a good sign.

So I'll post what recently happened to me here. I met up with a provider end of November but I wasn't a premium member so I couldn't leave a review. 3 weeks later I became a premium member and attempted to leave a review for the Nov meetup. My review was rejected as it had been more than 2 weeks since the meeting! That's so silly in my mind. In that case why leave 5 star reviews from months or years ago then on a provider's page. So I actually ended up a couple weeks later putting in another review for the provider and just saying we had met up that same day and it went through. 😇

I would think just the opposite with the latter, and I’d be open about the form.

A provider with only 3 reviews after 5 years *could* be indicative of something - but it wouldn’t be an automatic red flag. It would depend on the review text, when they were added, who the reviewers were (ie; longtime RM members, multiple reviews, also forum members, or just profile created to leave a review). I have had providers tell me they do not want RM reviews and/or Daddy’s Reviews - they’re happy with word of mouth recommendations either on here or between hobbyists in real life. So, I wouldn’t discount a provider just because he may only have 3 reviews after 5 years.

To me, a new provider of only 6 months standing with 25 reviews would, for me, be a red flag. But as above, it would depend on the review text, the reviewer, etc.. If the 25 reviews all turn out legit with clients singing their praises, great! But as discussed many times in these forums, it often winds up not being the case.
