There are several inexpensive hotels in Nevern Square, close to Villa Giani.  Also many eateries in the area.  The tube stop is called Earls Court and the Picadilly Line of the metro goes from Earls Court to the terminals at Heathrow Airport.

I have been in Bangkok...it was like RentMen or RentMasseur except you are choosing the real thing in the flesh, just not a photo that may or may not be accurate or recent. And I picked the fuck of my dreams and spent a week together. I'd go in a flash if it were available here.

Yes, I also saw that movie about a guy traveling back in time to 1980 and having two glorious nights at a bar with boys in Amsterdam. It was like Outlander but not so hetero-forward (YAY!). There are no kilts in Amsterdam though (BOO!). Can't wait for Season 2.

Every time I went to Sydney I visited Knights Call, a brothel that was really nice and upscale.
