3 months ago when Ian's ad was up again, I texted him. He responded very quickly, almost instantly, with "I only take a couple clients a week and I'm sorry but this week is full".

On one hand, I appreciated the prompt response. On the other hand, it felt a bit rude that he didn't offer or even attempt to schedule me for a future visit. It felt disrespectful to brush off a new potential client, like I was insignificant. And I probably am. I'm sure this provider has no trouble finding clients. Still tho.
