I have always wondered if escorts in general find themselves nervous on meeting a client for the first time.

Do you wonder if he'll like your looks when you meet face to face?

Do you worry that you will or will not get along?

What are you general feelings on your way to meet a guy for the very first time?

I'm naturally nervous meeting anyone the first time. I don't worry about the physicality as much as the psychological aspect... will this person enjoy themselves with me, regardless of whether we meet again or not? Then there's the stupid shit, like "I wonder if the condom will break when I put it on..." or "What if I can't get it up" or "What if I can't get him to relax to get it in" LOL

I definitely worry. I think that anyone meeting a stranger for the first time (in any situation) would worry about first impressions.

I worry most about being compatable on a personal level: Will we mesh and find something to touch base on? When meeting for the first time, you sort of walk that fine line of sniffing eachother out (sometimes literally *grin*) and finding common ground. The sexual part of meeting up is usually the last thing i tend to worry about. I once heard that fear & nerves can sometime kill an errection, so i've now gotten pretty 'go with the flow' about sex.

I also worry about whether i brought the right lube. While i prefer silicone-based ones, some people i see are more into water, oil or glucose (flavored) based lubes. Usually i just end up carrying various sorts, along with both latex and poly condoms.

Good question. Nice avatar :)

Now THAT is an interesting question. How can you truly be sure a new client is not? The old canard is to let the client offer money or bring up money first because the a cop "can't do that". Is there any way to truly be sure? Is mention of this site one way to do that?

I guess that it's unusual, but I never get nervous meeting a client for the first time.

It's been my experience that clients are the most normal people I come into contact with, which is a nice break for the truly bizarre Los Angelenos that I run into while walking down Hollywood Boulevard.

Nick brought up money...It does make me uncomfortable when I walk in and cash is sitting out in plain view. I know this is to invoke good confidence, but it makes me nervous and I will spend quite a bit of time en guarde. It's my preference that money not be in plain view, but I know most escorts prefer the opposite.

Maybe there's something wrong with me (shut up) but I never worry at all about anything before meeting a client. I don't have expectations and I don't get nervous. Then again, I also have my bodyguard Derek with me at all times so maybe that adds to my comfort. ;-)

That's not quite true. It is true that you can't be convicted of solicitation if it is the other party and not you who asks you to have sexual contact in return for money. But if the other party asks and you agree, there are other crimes with which you can be charged besides solicitation.

In a word, the answer to both questions is "No."

Some people believe everything someone else says or, even worse, breathlessly and credulously assume what a third party types is an admission, so I suppose the real answer, Mr. Nick, is no, one can never be sure.

About anything.

I Am What I Am

No.

No.

Of course.

For an outcall situation, did I remember everything necessary and will it go well. That would not be the case for a repeat client outcall, in which case, my only concern would be not to be repetitive, to strike all the high notes again (or to remember the ones I missed before).

This is reminiscent of the days when the waitress at IHOP would bring along a selection of 12 syrups to the table. Something for everyone! :p
