They are based in Germany and review via email one or more of pictures a masseur wants to post against a picture on the masseur’s ID that has “authority.” If the two look similar they apply a verification stamp to the profile. They don’t do any subsequent checks to ensure the same pics are posted that they approved. A masseur could easily put the fake picture on a government issued ID, take a picture of that and send it away and the masseur would be verified. They said it is up to clients to report the pics were fake after meeting the masseur, but they don’t usually post negative reviews because they don’t require communication between the masseur and the client within the app like RentMen does. Bottom line the client should do what I and a few guys I know do which is to request a verification via zoom or facetime (if you are comfortable giving out your phone number), or even request the masseur take a photo with two thumbs up. With Darius, two friends of mine requested that and in both instances he said no, that his pics were 100% real. Why would a masseur who posts valid pics of himself on a public website, not be willing to take a single pic with two thumbs up? Especially if that could result in a $250 hook up? Because the picture requested would reveal that he is not the man in the pictures he posted. It’s as simple as that. What he’ll start to do is to post positive reviews, probably many of which he authors himself, and then when he receives requests for verification he’ll respond with “there’s no need for that, my reviews speak for themselves.” Stay away from this one.
