What do you think a client should expect from an escort who can't get it up? Especially if the client has expressly requested something (like being fucked) that can't take place without the escort getting hard?

Should the escort:

1. refuse payment

2. offer a discount

3. offer a later appointment at a reduced fee

4. none of the above

5. something else

I suspect the situation occurs fairly often, since humans are not automatons, and everyone has days when they're just not into it. It's happened to me twice. Once I suspected the guy was just worn out from an earlier client, and once when it was just a bad day. It's awkward for both. The client feels unattractive, and the escort feels embarrassed. Both times the escort assured me it wasn't me, but it was a downer anyway. I think some kind of restitution/deal should be offered when this happens (one of mine did), but I'd like to know what you guys think.

hopefully this will be discovered relatively short into the engagement. if i were the escort in question, i would offer to end the engagement at that point & reschedule for a better time. if the client wants to just continue the appointment, that's fine.

That's a good suggestion Ethan. Actually both times it's happened, we continued, I think, because the escort kept thinking it was going to happen. Eventually though it became self-defeating, he got nervous, I got nervous thinking I was supposed to help, and the mental thing just snowballed. You're right, if it happens again (I hope not), I'll suggest that. Thanks.

If the only thing the client expect was to get topped for a full hour, then this presumably is the proper course. However, this is rarely the case; therefore onto to option 2 and 3 . . . .

Assuming the full length of session took place and some interactive activity also took place, obviously some payment would be appropriate but, as an escort, I personally would also offer option 3.

However, in fairness to both parties, the client should feel comfortable voicing any concerns he might have and if the escort feels he might not be able to perform, he should be aware that he is better off cutting the session short and asking to reschedule at a mutually convenient time;

The situation should be acknowledged by both parties. As I indicate, it is difficult to know what an appropriate response would be without considering the causes, circumstances and how the two parties felt.

As with nearly all client/escort relationships, the two parties should discuss the situation and come up with a fair and reasonable solution that both parties would be comfortable with.

Finally, as has been pointed out in different and similar threads, particularly by clients, the escort/client relationship is for "time spent," and thus, by that criteria, said time spent should be recompensed. Therefore, if this is a crucial matter to the client, as some clients here have posted (and apparently communicate in advance), the client can always advise the escort of what he anticipates and that he expects this in return for the fees requested. If the escort has a problem with this request or thinks he might not be able to comply, he can then simply decline the client and the client can continue looking.
