Thank you for saying that @Brock O There's more to it 🙂 it's hardly bouncing and jiggly. It's more about having complete control over all your muscles being able to contract specific muscle fibers. As for flexibility, I've been at Jiu Jitsu for half of my adult life. I'm as flexible as I am muscular I'm not just a big guy I'm exceptionally functional and those that know me well know I don't like to toot my own horn but that's the truth. On any given day, I can ride a bicycle One hundred miles in about five hours and I have been known to swim 10 miles without a pause that's not something most big guys can do.. The first dancer came on and danced to the Popcorn song and I was mesmerized by the way she bounced her breasts until finally the bra she was wearing loosened and she continued to dance in rhythm with the song bouncing her breasts for the full time.
