AEBN lists only these names for the cast: Nick Harmon   Grant King   Hawk McAllistar   Jon Vincent   Bill Crane 

The top in Scene 6 might be Nick Harmon, but I'm not sure.

I do not know. Perhaps one of the other porn-sleuths on here might provide an affirmative ID.

All I can confirm is that, based on the inclusion of the scene in Retrosmut, this scene was produced in the early 1990s & was probably part of a Vivid Video release.
