I saw her with the Ronettes at one of Murray the K's concerts at the Brooklyn Fox in 1962. They were a back-up act, however: the  featured performers at that event were Martha and the Vandellas singing "Do the Mashed Potato." (Does this date me?)

Not at all! 1962 was like yesterday, when all our troubles seemed so far away.

Now it looks as though they’re here to stay~ Not long ago, Coka Cola was teaching the world to sing in perfect harmony. Maybe they should have removed the caffeine from their product as well as the cocaine~ 😳
