I don't know much about Latino gay culture, but I wonder if that is simply a common expression to indicate that one is circumcised?

So here's the scoop..He is from Barcelona and his mom is from Morocco. This guy looks exactly like his pics and delivers in a great way. Nice guy, active, passionate, and is up there with my top hires. 
The bad news is he leaves NY tomorrow.
