I am of the school that prefers competence over appearance when it comes to any sort of transportation. 

I mean, I have a mega-yacht! I can attract the decoratives as guests, per outing. They can be free to do what they do best, leaving the crew to do theirs.

Personally, I would want a crew and guests to be a little less …monochromatic.
