Why is that when you go to RentMasseur website, you do not see the masseur's asking price but you see various prices that a masseur was hired for on the reviews?

Some prefer a masseur to post his rate instead of “ask”. I can see that side of it - if he’s listed something outside of what you’re willing to spend it saves time.

The way I look at it I’m going to contact him at some point to discuss what I’m looking for, what he provides, incall/outcall, time of session etc, so to me discussing his rate goes along with all that.

Probably because the guys on Rent"Masseur"  *ahem* 😉 offer a variety of customizable experiences.  Best to inquire .

Yes, when you see "ask" for the price, it usually means that you will be offered a menu of sorts.  Your selection of choice will determine the price you will pay.  You can assume that you will most likely pay a premium price for an erotic massage. If that is what you are looking for.

The single incall price and single outcall price on a RentMasseur profile is usually the base price for respective one hour.

I often find that masseurs on RentMasseur put additional pricing details in their ad text, usually under the “About Me” heading. The price often varies based on massage length and or type — such as non-erotic or erotic.

And those that specify base price as “Ask Me” are usually more of an escort than a masseur and usually don’t have any other pricing details. Many/most of these can also be found on escort site Rent.Men.

In my experience, I've seen Ask Me when the masseur offers a 90-min massage in addition to a 60-min massage.  I've asked and been told that he's had potential clients expect the 60-min rate to be the 90-min rate, so it was easier to list the rates as Ask Me.

From what I gather reading through this site over the years....I would guess that most service providers worry about one-size-fits-all attitude of some clients. I see people booking a massage and then complaining it was "only" a massage.  There seems to be a real disconnect with certain people about the way masseurs charge for services.  I have read multiple comments where a client wanted the whole salad bar to be available to him for the set price and then thinking that a 10% tip is adequate.

This and the guys that are flabbergasted when a masseur advertises therapeutic massage only and only has one face photo and is disappointed that other services are not offered.
