The fellow detained was wearing pride colors.  Seemed peculiar.

This morning there is news the incident may not have been terroristic, although it certainly was terrible.

Just watching that film clip of the arrest, it seems there is enough conflicting evidence that the Mayor should not have pronounced it a deliberate act. Let the investigation determine the facts.
