Okay reporting back - was really put off by Wayne… very pushy, was told I had to tip a lot at the cashier before I even got in… also was just not impressed at the massage.

aside from Kenny, who are the other muscular types that I should watch out for at TSMS?

I had a session with Wayne too. I thought he gave a great massage, he's very skilled and aimed to please. Won't repeat though because I called for an appointment with Shaun, I specifically asked for Shaun, asked if he was working, they said yes, asked when his next availability was, they said anytime, I asked if I could come in "now" they said yes. Wayne answered the door and I could tell when he started talking that it was the same guy who answered the phone. I told him I had an appointment with Shaun, he said yes, ok, but I looked around and didn't see him there. I thought maybe he was using the restroom or something. Wayne showed me to my room, I said I'm having Shaun, right and he said yes. After I got on the table, Wayne came in and I said what's your name, you aren't Shaun. He played the game that he didn't understand what I was saying, then he said ohhhhh, Shaun only on Sundays, I'm ok? I almost got up and left I was so pissed off, but I stayed, got a good massage, and I took it out of his tip (although I still tipped more than I should have). Even though it was a great massage, I won't repeat with him and I won't fall for that again.

I believe this is a pattern with TSMS.  If I recall this happened to another client.

I think most people who visits TS are not familiar with their faces (by this forum’s recommendation) so they thought they can get away with it.

Maybe next time, let’s ask the name of the receptionist who took our reservations, ask the name of the masseurs who let us in.  Leave if they deceive again.

I'm confused. Why is the person claiming to be Wayne talking about Wayne in the third person?🤔

Maybe there are several Wayne’s???🤪

Not Wayne here!!!!  If its the real Wayne instead of putting a long thread on here and retaliating he should go to the source to clear up any misunderstandings.  This is a venue for folks like us to seek advice from our peers

The texts are from "Wayne888".  This may be the real Wayne trying to convince us that he is not deserving of the negative comments towards Wayne.  However, our Frince got naked on the table ready for his massage and Wayne walks in to do it when he had already informed Frince that he will get Shaun who was his chosen masseur.  Wayne didn't like the use of the word "deception" but isn't that the perfect example of it?

Hey…you misspoke the wrong name…I never engaged with Wayne. I just quoted spaman’s comments.  You have to tag spaman, not me lol.

I’m not attacking anyone personally or saying the massage wasn’t good. I already said the massage itself was excellent. My issue was that I specifically asked for Shaun and genuinely believed I was booking with Shaun. If there was a misunderstanding, ok, but from my perspective it felt very misleading since Shaun’s name was mentioned multiple times on the phone and again when I arrived. I still stayed for the appointment because I was already there, and again, the massage was great. I’m simply sharing my experience honestly, the same way anyone else would. Just be honest with your customers, it goes a long way. No hard feelings, but after all this I’ll probably take my business elsewhere. Luckily there’s no shortage of options in the city.

DUDE THIS HAPPENED TO ME TOO!

A couple on months ago I walked in, no appointment, Wayne greeted me and I asked if anyone’s available and there were only 3 guys. I chose one guy (cant remember but maybe it was Robert) and Wayne said okay, pointed me to my room and told me that guy would follow in a bit. I was tired so I immediately got on the bed, face down. I heard someone entering the room and the massage started. After a while I tilted my head up to fix the pillow and I realized the guy massaging me wasn’t the guy I requested by it was Wayne. I told him I didnt ask for him and I chose the other guy and he apologized and said he got confused or something.

I would’ve made an exception if the massage was something but it really wasn’t. Crazy how that happened to you! I thought it was a very specific isolated situation lmaoo

Straight up asked them a while back and they said there isn’t one muscle-y guy there lol. There was Phillip way back but he left. Charlie’s pretty muscular but “left for vacation” for weeks now but officially got word just last week that he doesn’t work there anymore

Wow! I replayed the experience over and over in my head to think if there was any way that I was the one who misunderstood the day it happened to me and I concluded that there wasn't. Your post confirms that they must do this all the time - sorry that happened to you. Bad business practices to say the least!

I'm Wayne...What month was it a few months ago? Make yourself clear.I work here part-time. I've only been here for a while. You didn't have an appointment, so how did you know my name as soon as you walked in?I'm an introverted Asian guy, and I don't like telling people my name.So very, very few people know my name. You just walked in and I immediately told you my name?Oh my God.You made your choice - you didn't pick me - and I'm still supposed to come into the room and serve you?Oh my God.What's wrong? Can you tell me?Are you sick? Or did water go into your head?Still lost your memory?Or is there some purpose you're serving by acting like this?Making up lies? What kind of international joke are you pulling? What are you trying to prove?Think for yourself, what exactly are you talking about?

Not a good look for you, Wayne. You could have ignored the posts or posted an apology for any misunderstanding(s), but you came here on the attack, posting this weird rant. I know you are trying to defend yourself but this is not the way to do it. I was still planning to give you a try at some point despite the recent experiences shared by the others above. (I tried to book you over the last 3-4 months but you were not working on the days I tried.) Now? I'll avoid you.

Can’t find your direct reply to my post for me to reply back. But clearly you got upset but I have no reason to lie. There’s no difference if we bring up our negative experiences with you here, yelp or google. So that sounds like a you problem bro

i understand that this is your job and our discourse might affect your future clientele but as much as I try to empathize, your behavior here is not helping your case either. I know we’re all big and brave on the internet but word of advice, keep your attitude in check because lets bffr, you ain’t that cute to be having an attitude in the first place lmaooo
