Zigg, it sounded like they don’t care about our feedback. They could go for rebranding e.g. change of aliases, few hair tricks and all and they become a new person. The posted photos in RM is not even accurate. The only way this situation can be prevented is when the management intervenes and filter out the bad experiences/masseurs.

I also have doubts myself whether Kenny was the real one who serviced me lol or just the pretender.

I think it’s the law of supply and demand as well as inflation. HK has been in business longer than other spa because of its competitive base prices, tipping aside. If the base price plus tip exceeds RM’s average prices, it will be a different story.

I believe this is a pattern with TSMS. If I recall this happened to another client. I think most people who visits TS are not familiar with their faces (by this forum’s recommendation) so they thought they can get away with it. Maybe next time, let’s ask the name of the receptionist who took our reservations, ask the name of the masseurs who let us in. Leave if they deceive again.

When he says his rate is $xxx, next time ask if that’s for an hour. Then prorate if he shortimed.
