I apologize for this pic but I believe it's the only way I can clear my doubts.  I was browsing the profile of a provider I hired before and one of his pics showed something I'm concerned about.  It looks like a small light shaded bump on the right testicle but thought of asking @LivingnLA or @Unicorn

In fact, any help is appreciated. If anyone else has some knowledge about this specific "thing", it will be much appreciated.

I am sure you mean the lighter shaded area directly on the scrotum, as some readers may misinterpret your question as being related to the red blemish on the thigh.

 

My uninformed opinion is it could be an ingrown hair. The guy likely shaves his balls.

Yes, it looks like a pimple/ingrown hair. It's not an ulcer, and HPV doesn't generally have a white head.

Yeah it could be a pimple, a cyst, an ingrown hair, or any number of non-std related things.

Hard to say without examining it.

 

Not really red enough for a pimple or an ingrown hair.

Too superficial for a cyst, but maybe.

I’d put money on a genital wart (HPV).

Without seeing it in real life, it’s just a guess.

I get occasional little sweat zits on my balls that look like that. With all the humid moisture and what-not down there, I chalk it up to some pore that got blocked up.
