Pretty people have more perks than mere mortals. Their looks and sexual charms probably opened up many doors for them. If they meet the right people, they probably have access to these places.. I don't think they pay in cash for the luxury places themselves, I'm sure their admirers do or those who have experienced their charms. I just check some data on the area , the prices are not bad, especially during corona . Upper west side can go between 1700-2400+ the other part are amost expensive like 3000+ but I can see why they can afford it.

If that's just to 'pay rent' and nothing more, that's problematic for a lot of escorts these days.
