I believe he is from Brazil or other SAmerican country. I made two separate attempts to arrange a meeting on two separate visits but because of my own schedule, which involved having to travel to Montreal and booking a hotel, and other arrangements I would need to make, since I live several hours away, I had to cancel both times. In each case I gave several days notice, maybe even a week in the second instance, and we had not established a specific time in either case.
