I can not attest to that or not about him but in general, hire escorts that party is a gamble, particularly if you’re trying them the first time. Typically the session turns more about using than actually playing (forget about cumming) and I have paid the very expensive price of learning not to get burned on those unsatisfactory experiences again.

I had a session with France_Rocks a few years ago, when he visited NYC shortly before the pandemic started.  I don’t want to veer too far into review territory, but I will say that his pictures were accurate in all respects, he was friendly and conversant, and I had a good time with him.  He never mentioned PNP, and I didn’t see anything in his hotel room indicative of that or any other kind of drug use.   Hope this helps

He was trying to be hired by a former client to do a regular job... ask payment upfront and left him without finishing his job, etc.

It was at least 2 years ago, I researched him here first, contacted him after I received positive feedback, and I went on to have a good time.  So, what’s the problem?  None of the drama you referenced was revealed to me before then, and our session was entirely drama-free (paid upon completion, too).  I can’t speak to anyone else’s experiences.

Let's just say, I am very well aware of said "drama" that @marylander1940 is alluding to. However, I think it's been some time now since he and that former client had interactions, so I don't think the topic would really be brought up in sessions he would have with new clients.

From my experience (granted this was 2020), he was great. Relatable, great pounder, and just a chill guy to hang out with. Did not experience or see any 'PNP' type of instances with him - he was very alert and engaged when I had the session with him. If he visited DC again, I wouldn't mind having another session or just to grab coffee with him.

I started this thread because I was interested in the profile of France_Rocks. I have a soft spot for Frenchmen as I was raised in Montreal, the second largest French speaking city in the world, French is my second language, I have had French boyfriends and some of the best sex with them in my life.

Well, I guess I'm talking about mother tongue. Kinshasa and Abidjan have French as their administrative language but the general population use their native tongues to converse with each other. The use of French is a vertical means of communication, typical of colonial societies in the developing world. 

In Quebec the French were the colonizers and the natives became a very small proportion of the population and their languages disappeared more or less. One can't compare Paris and Montreal on the one hand with Kinshasa and Abidjan on the other, imo.
