Met him for about five minutes a year ago at his place. Pictures are accurate.

 

Unfortunately, I didn't follow his arrival instructions/procedure To. The. Letter. and that sabotaged the meeting. We later "made up" by text and all was good again, but that ship had sailed.

 

Seems like there's a story there..... To. The. Letter. :)

Does this story have anything to do with finding the right door? I met him years ago and it took some time for me to find his door. The directions given were not very clear.

 

Unlike you though, I still met him that day. Very good experience.

When I went to see him, the procedure he gave me was to park in a specific spot and then text him. I was to stay in the car until he came to get me.

I've met him and the appointment actually occurred. The development he lives in is filled with a series of nearly identical units. A visitor would be hard-pressed to locate a specific unit. If memory serves, there are no unit numbers on the buildings (I could be wrong - met him four years ago). So, he has you park in a parking area just outside of the development, call or text, and stay in the car until he arrives. Having met him in April, staying in the car was fine as it wasn't 110 degrees out. In Summer, one would need to keep the AC on else they would suffocate.

Yes. We had a lot of fun. It isn't like he makes you wait for 20 minutes before coming out. He walks out his door and walks over to where your car is. It is similar to someone texting me from the lobby of my building and me coming down to get them.

 

When someone visits me for the first time I give them instructions for how to get to the building's elevator lobby because it is not located at the building's physical address, which is the management office. Because parking is tough and the visitor parking requires a temporary parking pass, I have to provide instructions for parking, too.

Despite me getting a chuckle earlier I actually can relate to a lot of this since my place is tucked away and its confusing to get to if you've never been before. GPS isn't accurate, and Ubers, delivery guys get lost sometimes. If I book an outcall or if its just fun from Grindr, Doublelist etc I give my partial address and when they're parked (I can see from my windows, front door) I direct them to my house. I just like to be in control in those situations and I don't like people just popping up at my door if I was to give my full address.

Same happened to me in San Diego. When I first moved there a freeway had just been built and Mapquest (this was 2000) would send folks to the street east of me. (Why they didn't look at the signs is beyond me) I started telling them to look for The Rite-Aid and the VONS and start counting the streets.

He must be an exceptional individual.

 

His ad says that he joined rentmen about three years ago and that he has 142 positive reviews.

 

I don't recall ever seeing similar statistics on a rentmen escort in the past.

 

 

The reviews all fall within the time of his joining up to the present. I’m not surprised, he’s really good. I sent him a link of his own video and I told him that was what I wanted. He delivered.

I guess you just wait in the specified parking space like a crazy person until he comes for you. ?. I mean he might be worth it.
