I don't get depressed, but I do look forward to the week when things are "back to normal" and I can get things done!

Every Sunday evening I hear "Manic Monday" from The Bangles. :D Sunday is my "fun day" after all!

I think the past several months of quarantine has contributed to that. I work from home during the week, but the lack of activities and excess down time on the weekends is what gets me down. Even taking advantage of what’s reopened is stressful because you’re constantly aware of the precautions and on edge while out there.

Anyone else gets slightly depressed on weekends? I do especially on sundays..

If it helps, you aren't alone. Sundays are melancholy for me too.

I really miss the beer busts in Denver. Sunday afternoons with cheap beer and great company at some wonderful gay bars. Technically some of the gay bars are open but they have to do table service and reservations. It's definitely not the same.

I do too since I have time to go over what's happening everywhere lol. I also used to go to Pieces on Sunday nights here in NYC and I kind hate thinking those nights won't be back for a long time.
