30 Rock: A One-Time Special

I'm curious to know the opinions of others who watched it for the possibility that I just didn't get it.

My sense of humor failed me on this one. For me, the saving grace is the term "one-time" in the title. I stayed with it all the way to the end hoping it would get better. I rate it as one of the most egregious media assaults against the senses within my recent memories.

Wow. I loved the show and recorded the special but haven't watched yet, I'll let you know.

if was just a big ad for the new season on NBC and to promote Peacock interesting to see some stars who haven't been seen in a while but that was about it.

I loved the original series. It was barbed and funny, and it made me laugh a lot.

I just checked my DVR recording and apparently our local NBC station preempted it for some local thing.

I gather half of all NBC affiliates did not carry it. The special was viewed as simply advertising.

I checked and did not see it on NBC's on-demand through our cable system.
