Hustler can mean various things in the hiring world. Some of those things you have mentioned. In most cases it means things were agreed upon, promises were made. When the session came, the provider didn't deliver and still received/took his full compensation.

Interesting they are in Markham, a distant suburb of Toronto. Curious unless they are self-isolating if they recently arrived from overseas.

Just checked their last reviews on RM which are only a few days old and they are from clients in California. So I’m assuming they have just come back to Canada and need to quarantine for 14 days or face penalties.

They must have some Canadian connection as non-essential workers are not allowed in to Canada at this time. I would like to think their work is essential but I might get an argument from border authorities.
