Bummer. In the world of political correctness, the company has decided to remove the "Butter Maiden" that has donned their packaging for nearly 100 years. Growing up in the Midwest, Land O' Lakes butter was always a fixture in our house.

The change has happened quickly. I bought a four-stick pack of Land O' Lakes butter yesterday and she was already gone. I'll miss the old gal but I guess everything must come to an end.

Went grocery shopping yesterday. The Land O' Lakes butter was all gone (except the unsalted). I went with Hotel Bar butter. I've never gotten lucky at a hotel bar. :D
