He’s not the first one. I had several providers asking for pics and then giving me the rate. Usually reduced one. I always send faceless pics at first. I think this needs clarifying: if you send a WhatsApp message, he responds with details including rates. He also asks you to send a pic. He also does not require this in his RM profile. Its not pic first and then he sends rate. Let’s be fair.
