Would seem to me that Reichen got a bunch of publicity for his book and himself by urging Lance to come out when he did. Would say this was a win win split.

Reichen strikes me as a self-promoting pretty boy publicity hound. I never bought that the relationship with Lance was anything more than a publicity stunt. Poor Lance isn't so bright, and he got used big time in this affair. Who is the next to be used by Reichen, Richard Simmons maybe.

My guess is he will retreat. Another gay-reality star who sees himself as a spokesperson (random guess Danny Roberts). Since he can't breakthrew mainstream recognition, he will suck the LGBT media and fundraising as much as he can.

Reichen will be appearing at a local bookstore here in Palm Springs this Saturday at 7 pm. Too bad he couldn't come on the 20th, when author Gore Vidal will be appearing. They would make an interesting duo!
