Yes he is real. Comes as advertised, and is very sexy and flirtatious. Not sure about the St. Louis connection. I know him from Florida. He's a real sweetheart. In his ad it does say "Florida Fun" so I am guessing that he has moved on. He did seem to disappear a few months back, and apparently he has made St. Louis his home.
