Interesting. Many of them are indeed staged with the "straight guy" being in on it. Based on this article, I guess there were a few straight guys that really were duped into sex with a man.

 

As far as there being a female accomplice, I think there was usually a female present.

The complaint seems to be that he recorded these encounters after assuring the men that he wouldn't. If the victims didn't sign waivers of some kind then it was absolutely right of the authorities to shut him down. Unfortunately those videos are available all over the net by now so the damage has been done.
