Low testosterone does not have anything to do with willy's sensitivity. It has to do with libido which is the desire and urge for sex.

IF the lack of sensitivity is due to thickened skin for various reasons, the only way I am aware of for re-sensitizing is to use a moisturizer such as coconut oil which not only hydrates but seals in the moisture. Must use a number of times per day and try to avoid extraneous rubs.

However, if that is not the cause (eg trauma, neurological issues, diabetes, etc.) I am not aware of any method to then increase feeling.

Any insight you can provide on how your willy became desensitized in the first place will be helpful. Physical injury? Medical condition?

Not sure maybe jerking off to much:D. I have I am chubby but been that way for years. I remember I could cum in like 2 min from a blowjob now it’s taking forever.

I think that's what we call normal aging. My stamina now can go for hours...30 years ago, 15 minutes would have been a marathon.

Small men drive big trucks to compensate...slow men drive fast cars to compensate...

Are you talking about excessive habit formation associated with orgasm? It's fairly common--especially with the easy access to porn today--for humans to essentially "train" themselves to only be able to cum from very specific stimulation/environmental cues. It's a pretty significant problem for some people and takes patience, compassion, and time to unlearn. There are other factors to consider too, medications, age, hormone levels, etc.

The only other condition I have is hypothyroid, which shouldn’t decrease sensitivity. Thanks I will try the coconut oil and avoid extraneous rubs and let you know how it goes. Thanks

If you masturbate a lot, skip a few days. ...do it less frequently overall. That can help.

When you do masturbate change the way you do it.

Lastly, as @Funguy suggested try a moisturizer... coconut oil or a product like Man1 man oil (https://www.man1health.com/)

Oh wow never heard of Man1. Do you think it would be beneficial to buy a Tenga to help in at least providing a variation to jerking off as well?

Wow didn’t even know that was a thing. I guess it could be associated with it. My body must be so used to a firm hold that now anything but feels like practically nothing .

So what do slow cummers do then? :D

Because after a while topping it just becomes half-hard?:(

Well, I’m not a doctor, but I think that’s one of the characteristics of ED...for which medicine is available

But, as you already said, you’re overweight. So diet and exercise is probably also a contributing factor.

These are all well documents as correlating to your dilemma. Labido has many influencing factors

Hmm never thought it would/could be that to be honest though I do tend to stress out a little when I want to top.

@Chad Constantine, it might be time for some general blood work to see if there are clinical considerations. This may lead to the mental stress that perpetuates the cycle

And, BTW, you don’t look overweight in your picture :p

Shoot I wish that was me I just found a person that did a nice looking cosplay of an anime character. That is the body type I want. Hmm going to see a nutritionist for the first time since I just started going to the gym. Maybe she can help.

I'm not dismissing the physical factors that may be contributing to what you're experiencing. I'm all for current blood work, a physical, and a check-up to rule out biological factors. Take a look at your diet, exercise, weight, and more.

But, I want to also touch on the the psychological factors: stress and over-training. If you have trained yourself to cum when your penis is held very firmly, then anything other than very firm may not be stimulating. Even worse, the stress and associated anxiety, fear, and worry with "not performing" create a self-reinforcing psychological habit that discourages cumming or as it progresses even maintaining an erection.

The over-training issue and psychological ED both fall under Male Orgasmic Disorder.

If you have trained your body to cum only with very firm grips, it will take practice and time to retrain for variability again. Plus, you'll want to work through the associated psychological issues related to performance anxiety, fear, etc. You can do all of this though! Awareness, patience, compassion, and persistence will help. Good luck!
