Is Baltimore Dead Now?

For many years "Balmer" was prime cruising grounds for guys for DC with more money than youth. Huge strip club, 5 blocks of Eastern Avenue full of hustlers, 2 blocks of Wilkens Ave in the westside going until 5am, Remington Avenue, the 7-11 in Hampden, and The Quest off Eastern Avenue full of johns and hustlers. Dozens. All until a couple years ago. Baltimore was wholesale meat on the market.

 

Where are the guys now? Eastern has been dead except for yuppies and Wilkens has gotten even rougher. The Quest has been closed over 2 years and is a condo now. No one decent ever is online, not that B'more's that type of town.
