My husband and I are the same size and build, so we have only one wardrobe with all of our clothes in it. None if it was ever “only mine” or bought for me, and if he ever considered that he bought something for himself, I would not know and just wear it anyway.

But we never buy 2 of each, so we cannot look the same on the same day.

He grabs whatever works together, with proper thinking, while I just grab what’s on top of the stack.

We both influenced each other. My partner is much younger. I picked up/learned from him, to wear Lanvin sneakers and H&M t-shirts and underwear. I taught him how to wear a suit at work and a jacket with a pocket square for a casual evening out. Last but not least, he made me make my dentist, dermatologist and plastic surgeon my best friends :)

I wasn't aware of Lanvin sneakers. Thanks! There is a beautiful Belami model named Jarrod Lanvin. I wonder if that is where he got his porn name?

My last committed relationship was with a woman, so no, we didn't dress alike. But, we were goofing around once, and she got me to try on her pantyhose, and high heels. I don't know how they do it every day.

I have never understood high heels either!

They look good on women. They look sexy on some boys too :)

The word partner, along with husband and boyfriend, is just white noise for me. :(

My understanding of boyfriend is someone you cook dinner together and eat it watching a movie and drinking wine. A few years later this bf is promoted to partner. As for husband, I really do not know. Maybe the one you prepare to die together? :)

Your description of the pecking order is quite precise to me. Nowadays, when using the term 'husband', it suggests married.

Thank you. Yes husband suggest married and I don't want to marry. I know I am not politically correct, but at 57 I am too young for marriage :) and wise enough to know that bfs and partners recycle every 10 years.
